J & A Tech Steel Services has an established track record of delivering error-free Structural Steel Detailing solutions resulting in considerable cost reductions for clients. We provide Structural Steel Detailing Services for all sorts and sizes of building projects. In order to generate shop drawings for structural steel, other steel, and plate work, we use 3D modelling tools like SDS/2 & Tekla. Shop drawings for structural steel, 3D modelling, connection design services, and BIM coordination are among the services offered.

Services We Deliver

3D Model

For a wide range of commercial and industrial constructions, 3D modelling with accurate visual sources of information is available.

Advance Bill of Materials

We use required information pulled from 3D models to produce complete material reports, either in KISS or profile type, which assists in helping our clients schedule timely material deliveries.

Erection Drawings

To make the structure's assembly simple, several views of the designs include particular information of each steel member and frame layouts.

Shop Drawings

By addressing the essential information for each steel member, Component, and assembly to fabricate, we properly produce the structural steel fabrication drawings.

CNC Files

To speed up the operations and lower the likelihood of mistakes, filers are given in formats such DXF, DSTV, KSS, IFC, and BIM support files. Even the smallest details for perfect manufacture, such as punching holes and cutting plates, will be included in the files.

Custom Reports

We respond to our clients' specifications and provide reports such as FabTrol reports, assembly lists, and part lists.
